How do I rent a truck?

Renting a truck with TRUQIT is easy! Simply sign up for an account on our website or mobile app, provide your driver's license, payment information, insurance information if applicable and choose the location and time you would like to pick up the truck. Once you arrive at the pickup location, use our app to unlock the truck and start your rental period - this may include following an image upload wizard via SMS.  When you're finished, park the truck in the designated drop-off location and use the app to end your rental. It's that simple.

How do you make sure I'm a good driver?

At TRUQIT, we take safety seriously. All potential drivers are required to provide a valid driver's license and undergo a  Motor Vehicle Record screening before being approved to rent our vehicles. Additionally, we monitor driving behavior through and reserve the right to suspend or terminate a driver's account if we notice any unsafe driving practices. We also encourage safe driving practices to ensure a positive experience for all TRUQIT drivers.

Do I have to return the truck to the same place I picked it up from?

Yes, you are required to return the TRUQIT pickup truck to the same location where you picked it up from. This allows us to ensure that the truck is available for the next customer and that our fleet is well-distributed across our service area. Failure to return the truck to the same location may result in additional charges. We highly encourage you to plan your trip accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team.

Does each truck have reserved parking?

Yes, each TRUQIT truck has a designated parking spot. When you make a reservation, you will receive the exact location of the truck and parking spot. Please make sure to park the truck back in its designated spot at the end of your reservation to avoid any inconvenience for the next user.
