Should you permit an Unauthorized Driver to drive the Truck that you have reserved, you will be fined in accordance with our Fee Policy, and your TRUQIT account will be terminated. These fines are separate from any legal remedies TRUQIT may have in connection with your violation of these Terms of Service.
